上海寶華國際招標(biāo)有限公司(以下稱招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu))受佛山寶鋼制罐有限公司(以下稱買方)委托，就其佛山寶鋼制罐二線提速項目項目所需的下列貨物進(jìn)行國際公開招標(biāo)，邀請合格投標(biāo)人進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上電子投標(biāo)。
1.	招標(biāo)貨物名稱、數(shù)量、技術(shù)規(guī)格和資金來源：
包1：拉伸機(jī)、底印機(jī)、內(nèi)噴機(jī)
1)貨物名稱：拉伸機(jī)、底印機(jī)、內(nèi)噴機(jī);
2)數(shù)量：1批(含拉伸機(jī)2臺，底印機(jī)1臺，內(nèi)噴機(jī)1臺）;
3)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：1）產(chǎn)品參數(shù)（罐型） 330ml----202/211×408、 206/211×408 500ml----202/211×610、 206/211×610； 2）設(shè)備沖程（stroke）為24-26英寸； 3）單臺設(shè)備最大速度達(dá)到400 cpm； 4）其它：詳見招標(biāo)技術(shù)文件;
4)資金來源：自籌資金（現(xiàn)匯項目）;
包2：修邊機(jī)
1)貨物名稱：修邊機(jī);
2)數(shù)量：2臺;
3)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)： 1）產(chǎn)品參數(shù)（罐型）　330ml----202/211×408、 206/211×408 　500ml----202/211×610、 206/211×610 2）速度不低于400cpm； 3）可以生產(chǎn)211×408及211×610罐型（罐底為202） 4）其它詳見招標(biāo)文件技術(shù)部分;
4)資金來源：自籌資金（現(xiàn)匯項目）;
2.	交貨地點和交貨時間：
包1：拉伸機(jī)、底印機(jī)、內(nèi)噴機(jī)
1)交貨地點：cif 廣州
2)交貨時間：合同生效后4個月內(nèi)fob
包2：修邊機(jī)
1)交貨地點：cif廣州
2)交貨時間：合同生效后4個月內(nèi)fob
3.	*凡確認(rèn)投標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人請登錄中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)(http://www.chinabidding.com/)，務(wù)必在開標(biāo)前注冊為其會員并通過年檢以獲得投標(biāo)資格，中標(biāo)情況將在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)公示。
4.	寶華招標(biāo)網(wǎng)(http://www.baosteelbidding.com)為電子招投標(biāo)的計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)平臺，投標(biāo)人須采用企業(yè)電子ca證書登錄寶華招標(biāo)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行購標(biāo)、投標(biāo)和開標(biāo)活動
5.	購買招標(biāo)文件時間：

6.	招標(biāo)文件售價：招標(biāo)文件英文版及中文版一套（電子版），若中文和英文版有沖突以中文版為準(zhǔn)。

售價為人民幣1500元或200美元整。
包2：修邊機(jī)
售價為人民幣1000元或125美元整。
招標(biāo)文件均按包進(jìn)行計價出售，投標(biāo)人成功購標(biāo)后，自行下載招標(biāo)文件和投標(biāo)文件模板。招標(biāo)文件一經(jīng)售出不得退還。
7.	投標(biāo)截止時間和開標(biāo)時間：

1)投標(biāo)截止時間：2013-12-06 10:00（北京時間）。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)于投標(biāo)截止時間前在寶華電子招標(biāo)網(wǎng)成功遞交所有電子投標(biāo)文件。

3)technical specifications：1）product parameter (type of cans) 330ml----202/211×408, 206/211×408 500ml----202/211×610, 206/211×610 2） stroke is 24－26 inch. 3） maximum speed of single equipment can reach 400 cpm. 4）others: please refer to the tendering docement;
4)fund sources of goods for tendering：self-raised funds（cash items）;

3.	*the bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on china international bidding website(http://www.chinabidding.com/))，and register. please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. the awarding will be publicized on china international bidding website.
4.	baohua e-bidding website http://www.baosteelbidding.com)is a computer system on which the bidder can purchase bid and submit bid affter log in using its company authority.
5.	time for purchasing tendering documents：

6.	sales prices of the tendering document：tendering document in english and chinese version (including electronic version). the chinese version shall govern in case of any discrepancy between the chinese version and the english version.

sales price is rmb 1500 or usd 200。

sales price is rmb 1000 or usd 125。
all tendering documents will be sold by bid package (or section).after purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. no refund of the tendering document after sale.
